Anita's Rentals provides clean, well maintained affordable apartments
and houses for rent in Pullman Washington. We specialize in rental
accomodations for student, staff, faculty or community members who
want a house, duplex or apartment to rent that is close to the Washington
State University campus. We have many duplexes with private yards.
Many of our apartments and houses for rent are walking distance
to WSU, on local bus routes, or a short drive to Wazzu or Schweitzer
Engineering Laboratory. Most of our units for rent are duplexes
or two-bedroom apartments. We also have houses, triplexes and studios.
The majority of our properties have washers and dryers inside the
units and some include dishwashers.
We
accept cats at most locations, and dogs at our State Street location.
Water/Sewer/Garbage and yard maintainance are provided at all locations.
We are open
seven days a week and show many of our rentals on Saturday and Sunday.
