Applying at Anita's Rentals

  1. Complete an online Rental Interest Form to indicate your interest in one of our rentals.

  2. When a unit becomes available, we will contact you and ask you to complete an application form. Each roommate must complete an application, sign it, and return it to Anita with a check or money order for $20 made out to "Anita's Rentals".

  3. Applications are usually processed within 48 hours. If your application is approved, we will ask you to come in and sign your lease agreement within 2 days. First and last month's rent as well as the security deposit are due at this time. Please plan on spending an hour with me to review and sign your lease.
