Applying
at Anita's Rentals

Complete
either an online application or a printed application. |
| 2. |
We
review your application and if it is approved, we will set-up
an appointment for you to sign a lease pending verification
of your rental and character references. |
| 3. |
If
you submitted an online application, we need an ink signature
from you to allow us to review your rental references. Please
print, complete and return to Anita a rental
reference authorization form so she can check your references
in a timely manner. |
| 4. |
The
lease is signed. At the signing, you will owe the first and
last months rent along with your security deposit. Please write
separate rent and security deposit checks made out to Anita's
Rentals.. |

Note:
At times we get more than one application for the same rental
unit. Consideration will be given to the first person to submit
a completed application. The rental is awarded if the application
is approved and verified. If the application you submit is not
filled-out completely and/or we are not able to contact you
in a timely manner, the rental may be awarded to someone else.
To avoid this potential problem, please make sure that your
application is filled out as completely as possible and that
you leave a phone number where you can be reached. |
